Returning a Monthly Subscription Machine

  1. To return a rented monthly subscription machine, go to [My Page] Dashboard > Rented Machines, and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button in the 'Monthly Plan Machine' tab.

Cancellation Notes

  • Upon cancellation, refunds for the remaining subscription period are not available, and no charges will be applied from the next payment date.

  • You can still use the machine until the end of the current subscription period.

  1. If you do not click the 'Unsubscribe' button, the subscription will automatically renew on the renewal date. Please be aware that refunds are not possible after payment is processed, so check the expiration date carefully.


Backup Recommendation

If there is insufficient balance on the card registered for the monthly subscription or if there are payment issues, the rented machine will be automatically returned.

If storage is not linked, any ongoing data and environment will not be saved. Therefore, regular backups are strongly recommended.

Data and Environment Notes

  • If storage is not linked, any data and environment from the machine will not be saved if the machine is stopped or automatically returned.

  • It is advisable to perform regular backups to prepare for cases of machine deletion, deactivation, or card balance issues.

  • Ensure that the registered card has sufficient balance to avoid automatic returns.


Machine Rental History

  • You can view your machine usage history in the 'Monthly Plan' tab under [My Page] Usage History.

  • The list shows usage information for each machine and the amounts paid.
