Here's a guide how to withdraw machine sales revenue.

Withdrawal Request

To withdraw the sales revenue earned through the registration of your machine on runyour AI, please follow the steps below.

• You can request for withdrawal at My Page > Sales Management > Withdrawal of sales revenue.

• Withdrawal history can be checked in the "Withdrawal history".

Important considerations when Requesting for Withdrawal

• You can only withdraw for sales revenue.

  (Recharge points or bonus points are not eligible.)

• Withdrawal requests are accepted for earnings of 50,000 won or more.

  (Minimum withdrawal amount: 50,000 won, Maximum withdrawal amount: 5,000,000 won)

• Once requested, modifications are not allowed. Cancellations are only possible while the request is pending.

• Withdrawal requests must be made to an account under the account holder's name, and payments will be processed within 10 business days from the application date of the following month.

• runyour AI is not responsible for incorrect bank account details resulting in withdrawal issues.

• Earnings from sales will be paid after deducting applicable fees and taxes.

Selling Fee

• The fee and tax deduction rates vary depending on the seller type (B2B/B2C).

• The calculation method for the final payment amount is as follows.

Final payment amount = (Requested amount - Selling fee) - Tax

EX) If a B2B seller requests a withdrawal of 50,000 from the sales revenue,

Step 1> 50,000 - 14,000 = 36,000KRW Step 2> 36,000 - 3,600 = 32,400KRW (Final Payment Amount)
