I'm planning to rent the machine for a long time, is there a way to charge a lot of money at once?

A. Yes, you can prepay and rent a machine for a longer duration through the long-term plan. However, in this case, charges will not be deducted from your service points. To rent a machine at a lower cost for an extended period, click the "Rent a machine at a lower cost for a longer duration?" button in the top right of the GPU Cloud machine list and request a quote. Payment can then be arranged through communication with our team.

I canceled my subscription before the monthly subscription period ended. Can I get a refund for the remaining time?

A. No, refunds for the remaining time are not available even if you cancel your subscription. When you cancel, no further payments will be made from the next subscription renewal date, and you can continue using the machine for the remainder of the current subscription period.

GPU Cloud User

Point

What is the difference between charge points and bonus points?

A. Charge points are points provided when a user makes a payment. The validity period for charge points is one year from the payment date.

Bonus points are points provided free of charge through promotional events or by the administrator. The validity period for bonus points varies depending on the promotion.

Is it possible to transfer points to another user?

A. Transfer of charge points between users is not allowed.

I tried to use the points I charged before, but they seem to have been expired. Is it possible to get them back?

A. The point validity period is 1 year from the payment date. Unused amounts will expire after the validity of the period, and re-payment is impossible. Please be aware of this and use your points within the point validity period.

Rent Machine

What are the criteria for distinguishing between Premium and Standard?

A. Premium represents GPU machines registered by professional IDC service providers, ensuring reliability and stability.

Standard refers to GPU machines registered by individuals, which may have lower server stability depending on the supplier's environment but are offered at a reasonable price.

How is the billing for machine rentals processed?

A. All machines are charged per hour depending on the type of provision. Since you can check your usage points real-time through minute metering, you can charge only for the amount you need and use it conveniently. Please note that in order to rent a machine, you must have points available more than the hourly price of the machine.

Is it possible for the supply of rented machines to be discontinued?

A. In the case of Standard Cloud, machine interruptions may occur based on the supplier's server environment. Therefore, we recommend regular backups. If you desire a higher level of reliability, we suggest using Premium Cloud.

The machine I was renting was automatically returned, and the data I was working on was not saved, can it be restored?

A. When a machine is stopped or returned, the worked on data and environment will not be saved.

We recommend regular backups to prepare for situations such as machine deletion / machine deactivation / machine returns due to insufficient points. Additionally, we recommend charging points in advance to prevent automatic returns.

If I accidentally returned the machine without backing up the data, can it be recovered by immediately renting the machine again?

A. When you return the machine without backing up, it cannot be restored even if you rent the machine again immediately. When you stop and return the machine, the data and environment you worked on are reset immediately. Don't forget to back up at all times.

Hourly Plan Machine

Once a machine from the reservation list becomes available for rental, is it immediately rented and deducted from the points?

A. No, the points are not deducted immediately.

If the machine becomes available for rental, the administrator will notify the user that you can rent the machine. (Notification will be implemented in the future).

What happens if I run out of points while using the machine?

A. When all points are depleted, the machine will automatically stop and be returned. Please note that data and settings from ongoing tasks will not be saved. We recommend that you charge your points in advance before you run out of them.

Monthly Subscription Plan Machine

What is the difference between hourly machines and monthly subscription machines?

A. Hourly machines deduct points based on the rental duration. You need to have enough points in your account to rent a machine.

Monthly subscription machines charge the rental fee upfront through the registered card on a monthly basis, and the subscription is automatically renewed unless you cancel it separately.

When renting a monthly subscription plan machine, are charges deducted from my existing points?

A. No, the rental fee for monthly subscription machines is automatically charged to your registered card on the subscription renewal date each month. Existing service points are only deducted for hourly machine rentals.

Can I change the template and storage during the monthly subscription machine rental?

A. After stopping the rented machine, you can use the 'Change Template' and 'Change Storage' buttons to make changes, then restart the machine.

Please note that any data and work environment not linked to storage will not be saved when the machine is stopped.

Does the subscription automatically renew when the monthly subscription machine rental period ends?

A. Yes, the monthly subscription is automatically renewed after the one-month rental period ends. The rental will only stop if you cancel the subscription or if there is an issue with your registered card that prevents payment on the renewal date.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription machine rental?

A. You can cancel it by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom right of the rented machine tab.

What happens if there’s an issue with my card on the subscription renewal date and the payment doesn’t go through?

A. If payment fails on the subscription renewal date, the subscription will automatically be canceled, and the machine will be returned. If you haven’t linked storage, your work environment and data won’t be saved. Therefore, we recommend regular backups to avoid data loss.

Is it possible to get a refund for the monthly subscription plan for the machine?

A. Refunds are not available as the rental begins immediately after payment. However, if the machine becomes unusable due to a fault on the part of the provider or the company, you may receive a refund for the remaining period.

GPU Cloud Provider

Register Machine

Where can I register for the machine?

A. Verify if the machine meets the registration conditions before registration.Machine Registration Requirements

If applicable, click Machine Registration button on the My Page > Sales Status > GPU Cloud page to fill out the form. After the request, you will go through the registration process through administrator review.

There are 2 GPUs on one server. How do I register?

A. You can register with two machines with 1 GPU each, or with one machine consisting of 2 GPUs. Depending on whether you register separately, you can divide the RAM/CPU/disk capacity and fill out the registration form.

Supply Machine

Can I rent and supply the machine at the same time?

A. Yes, it is possible. Runyour AI service is available as both a consumer and a supplier. Register for idle GPU machines to make money, and rent the high-performance GPU machines you need to use them anytime.

How do I stop a machine that is currently for sale?

A. Suppliers can stop machine usage through deactivation button.

However, please note that when deactivated, ongoing tasks will be terminated, and the working data of the user in progress will not be saved.

How can I delete a registered machine?

A. If you want to delete the machine, please contact the administrator via discord.

However, deletion is only possible if the machine is in the approval pending, not available for rent, or available for rent status.

What should I do if there is an issue with the machine in supply?

A. If there is a problem with the machine you are supplying, please contact the administrator via discord for quick action.

Sales Revenue

Why is withdrawal request not possible?

A. Withdrawal requests are accepted for earnings of 50,000 won or more.

(Minimum withdrawal amount: 50,000 won, Maximum withdrawal amount: 5,000,000 won)

Please check your current sales revenue.

What is the calculation method for the final payment amount of sales revenue?

A. The sales revenue is paid after deducting fees and taxes.

The fee and tax deduction rates vary depending on the seller type (B2B/B2C).

  • B2B: selling fee 28% / tax(surtax) 10%

  • B2C: selling fee 28% / tax(withholding tax) 3.3%

Final payment amount = (Requested amount - Selling fee) - Tax

Reserved Cloud

What is the difference between GPU Cloud and Reserved Cloud?

A. GPU Cloud provides various types of GPUs in a virtual machine format, allowing you to use as much as you need through hourly or monthly subscription plans. You can apply templates and storage, making it convenient for short-term use.

Reserved Cloud is a service that allows you to rent high-performance GPUs from global data centers in a bare-metal machine format for a long period. Templates and storage cannot be applied, and access is available through SSH. A major advantage is the cost efficiency when using high-performance GPUs for an extended period.
