**A.&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**Premium**</mark> represents GPU machines registered by professional <mark style="color:purple;">**IDC service providers**</mark>, ensuring <mark style="color:purple;">**reliability and stability**</mark>.&#x20;

&#x20; <mark style="color:purple;">**Standard**</mark> refers to GPU machines registered by <mark style="color:purple;">**individuals**</mark>, which may have lower server stability depending on the supplier's environment but are offered at a <mark style="color:purple;">**reasonable price**</mark>.

</details>

<details>

<summary>How is the billing for machine rentals processed?</summary>

**A.&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**All machines are charged per hour**</mark> depending on the type of provision. \
&#x20; Since you can <mark style="color:purple;">**check your usage points real-time through minute metering**</mark>, you can\
&#x20; charge only for the amount you need and use it conveniently. Please note that in order to\
&#x20; rent a machine, you must have points available more than the hourly price of the machine.

</details>

<details>

<summary>Is it possible for the supply of rented machines to be discontinued?</summary>

**A.** <mark style="color:purple;">**In the case of Standard Cloud, machine interruptions may occur based on the supplier's server environment.**</mark> \

\
Additionally, we recommend charging points in advance to prevent automatic returns.

</details>

<details>

<summary>If I accidentally returned the machine without backing up the data, can it be recovered by immediately renting the machine again?</summary>

**A.** When you return the machine without backing up, <mark style="color:purple;">**it cannot be restored even if you rent the machine again immediately.**</mark> \
\
&#x20; When you stop and return the machine, the data and environment you worked on are reset immediately. \

### Dev Cloud

<details>

<summary>What is the difference between On-Demand and Dev Cloud?</summary>

**A.&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**On-Demand**</mark> deduct **points based** on the rental duration. You need to have enough points in your account to rent a machine.

</details>

<details>

<summary>When renting a Dev Cloud, are charges deducted from my existing points?</summary>

<details>

<summary>How can I link storage to a Dev Cloud?</summary>

**A.** You can link storage in the <mark style="color:purple;">**'Select Storage' tab**</mark> when renting the machine. If you didn't link storage during the initial setup, you can do so <mark style="color:purple;">**by stopping the machine and then using the 'Change Storage' button.**</mark> Select the hourly or long-term storage you created, and set the storage path by entering a folder name.

</details>

<details>

<summary>What happens if there’s an issue with my card on the subscription renewal date and the payment doesn’t go through?</summary>

**A.&#x20;**<mark style="color:purple;">**If payment fails on the subscription renewal date, the subscription will automatically be canceled, and the machine will be returned.**</mark> If you haven’t linked storage, your work environment and data won’t be saved. Therefore, we recommend <mark style="color:purple;">**regular backups**</mark> to avoid data loss.
