# Machine Rental

## **Selecting a Dev Cloud Machine**

1. Go to <mark style="color:blue;">**`[Main Services] > Dev Cloud > Machine List`**</mark>, check the CPU specifications and monthly cost, then select your desired machine.

2. After selecting the machine, you will be redirected to the rental page. \
   In the Rental Information > **Machine Information** tab, you can view detailed information about the selected machine (such as CPU model, CPU cores, RAM size, etc.).

3. In the **Image Settings (OS)** tab, choose the version of Ubuntu.

4. In the **Volume Settings** tab, select the desired volume size.

5. For sizes other than the suggested volumes, click "**Custom Volume**" to enter your own size.
   * You can choose between a minimum of 50GB and a maximum of 2TB.
   * Additional costs apply depending on the volume size. Please note that the volume size cannot be changed after the rental.

## **Dev Cloud Machine Payment**

1. Payment is available through a [monthly subscription plan](https://runyourai.gitbook.io/userguide/eng-runyour-ai/dev-cloud/how-to-use/broken-reference).

2. To rent a machine under the monthly subscription plan, please first register your payment card information.
   * Automatic monthly payments will be processed with the registered card.
3. After reviewing the subscription fee, click the "**Rent**" button to proceed with payment, and the machine will be set up immediately.
   * It may take 1-2 minutes for the machine environment to be configured, after which you can start using the machine.

**Refund Policy for Monthly Subscription Plans**

* Since the machine is rented immediately after payment, refunds are not available after payment is completed.
* Refunds may be available in the following cases:
  1. If the machine provision is interrupted due to a supplier's fault.
  2. If the machine provision is interrupted due to the company's fault.
* Refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis for the remaining period between the refund request date and the next scheduled payment date.

4. A reminder email will be sent 7 days before the monthly payment date.
